Underwater Videographer Specialty Diver

Ever wanted to show family and friends what you experienced underwater, with the Videographer Specialty Diver Course you now can!
During this exceptional course you will gain the techniques and fundamentals of good Aquatic Videography.

Who can take this course?

You must be a PADI Open Water Diver or Junior Open Water Diver certification (or qualifying certification from another organization)

How long does it take?

Three dives over one or two days.

What's involved ?

You will become familiar with equipment selection, maintenance and care.
How to "story plan" including some basic editing techniques. How to sequence shots underwater.
You will practice shots of "follow me", "chase" and "flyby".
You will then take your raw footage and work on your masterpiece using an editing package.
Your certification counts toward the PADI Master Scuba Diver rating.

£175
Includes all dive equipment for the course & certification PIC card on completion of the course

Are there any Extra~Hidden Costs?

You should have your own Underwater Video-camera system and lights. If not we may be able to hire a system to you for the duration of the course.
You should have a basic Video Editing Suite on a PC or Mac, again use of an editing suite can be made available during the course for you at no additional cost.
Other than the Lake entry fee's usually £7:50 or boat fee's of approx £20 if completing dives from a boat.
