Search & Recovery Specialty Diver
as a Search & Recovery Specialty Diver you can come to the rescue and assist in finding an object that has been lost either by a diver or from a person that dropped an item from the surface.
It's a great challenge and give's you the skills to find what has been lost and then how to get it to the surface..
You need to be a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver, or a PADI Open Water Diver with the PADI Underwater Navigator Specialty (or equivalent certification from another organization) and at least 12 years old.
Four dives over two days.
You will practice different search patterns underwater. Use a lift bag to lift an object from the bottom and take it safely to the surface.
You will also practice different techniques to use in low visibility situations.
Your Certification counts toward the PADI Master Scuba Diver rating.

You will also receive the "Search&Recovery Pak" which includes the Search & Recovery Diver Speciality manual and the Search & Recovery DVD.
Includes all equipment for the course & certification PIC card on completion of the course.
None other than the Lake entry fee's usually £7:50 or boat fees usually £20.
