Digital Underwater Photographer Specialty
Through this course you will quickly learn the techniques of taking good underwater digital photographs. You will discover how easy it is to use a digital camera and the best technique to use in differing water conditions.
This can be done as a Snorkeller and gain a non-diving qualification. (open to anyone) or
Anyone who PADI Open Water Diver or PADI Junior Open Water Diver or has a qualifying certification from another agency and is a minimum of 10 years old.
Can be One day for snorkellers.
Or over One to Two days as a diver.
We will cover choosing the right underwater digital camera. How to get great shots quickly using the Shoot, Examine, Adjust (SEA) approach.
Also
apply the three primary principles in obtaining good underwater photos. Look at how to edit and "tweak" your pictures.
Your certification will count towards the PADI Master Scuba Diver Rating.
The elective dive from the Adventures In Diving program may count toward the certification requirements of this specialty as well.
£99 for the Snorkellers/non diving course (includes 1 open water dive or 1 pool dive)
£135 for the Digital Photography Diving Course. (includes 2 open water dives)
You will also receive the Digital Underwater Speciality manual and the White Balancing Slate.
Includes all dive equipment for the course & certification PIC card on completion of the course
You will require your own digital camera or you may hire one for the course at £35
None other than the Lake entry fee's usually £7.50 and boat fee's, of £20 approx if you choose to complete the course from a boat.
