Emergency First Response Instructor (EFRI)

Ever wanted to be able to teach First Aid. With this course you can become an EFR Instructor.

Who can take this course?

You must be 18 years old and have completed an adult, child and infant CPR and first aid training in the past 24 months or
be a practicing medical professional such as a physician, Emergency Medical Technician, Paramedic or Registered Nurse.

How long does it take?

Approximately 18 hours.

What's involved ?
You will build and focus on your skills you developed in your previous EFR Courses.
During the course you will gain the confidence to teach the Emergency First Response Primary Care (CPR), Secondary Care (First Aid) and Care for Children courses using a multi media approach of:- independent home study, classroom sessions and practical teaching assignments.
You will develop the ability to motivate your students, evaluate their knowledge, present course materials in a structured way and become more proficient as a Instructor.
