We have arranged a trip with dive boat operator Steve Johnson to dive the wrecks along the coastline of Dieppe, France.  This is a 4 day trip that will be subject to weather conditions.

The dates of the trip are from Monday 10th – Thursday 13th July 2017.  The trip includes traveling and diving from the dive boat Channel Diver & staying on a bed and breakfast basis with Hotel de La Plage in Dieppe for the duration of the stay.  Air refills are included in this trip between dives (Nitrox subject to availability).

Monday 10th July we will meet at a designated time at Eastbourne Marina (Soverign Harbor by the Yachting club) and load all of the SCUBA equipment and clothing for the duration of the trip.  We then depart and make way to the shores of Dieppe on Channel Diver enjoying the views and company of each other.

Once on the French side we will complete our first of six dives over the course of trip.  All wrecks on this trip are to a maximum depth of 34 meters to allow for bottom dive on the wrecks.  The wrecks at this stage are not confirmed but they will be WWI and WWII vessels that we will be diving upon.

Once you have finished the dive we will then make our way into the harbor where Steve will dock the dive boat and fix our mooring for the next few days.  The Hotel de La Palge from the port is only 5 minuets walk, passing main strip of restaurants on our way to it.  This is always an ideal time to check out what is on the menu and book a table for dinner.

The Hotel de La Plage is a wonderful hotel in which there are hot showers/baths, hotel bar, breakfast/lunch/evening restaurant.  You will be staying in twin rooms on you stay here and enjoy fresh towels each day and a refreshing continental breakfast with tea/coffee before diving each morning.

Each morning you will have the option to collect lunch from either a local patisserie or supermarket to eat whilst on-board the dive boat during the day.  You can should you choose to bring pot noodles or other hot dish’s that only need heating with hot water, the option’s are available for you to purchase in France.

The Tuesday and Wednesday you will be completing two dives each day, staying on the boat in between dives (conditions permitted) and enjoying the coastal views from the dive boat.  It is important to note that you will need to bring everything with you each day, as you will be based at sea for 4-6 hours each day.
