Air - Nitrox - Trimix - Heliox - Oxygen Filling Station

Our Air is supplied by a Hamworthy Compressor 4 stage compression system. We can fill Air, Nitrox and Trimix in any cylinder size.

The air is filtered through several stages removing moisture & oils and various other atmospheric contaminants. We only use synthetic compressor oils and never use mineral oils.

The air is stored in a series of 5 very large air banks at 400 bar and a further 7 air banks at 250 bar enabling a speedy turn round of air fills on busy diving days.

We are able to fill up to 11 cylinders at any one time with Din, Int. A clamp and a variety of fittings for air gun & rifle charging sets up to a maximum of 300 bar.

Nitrox up to 300 Bar is also available whilst you wait. (Please be patient on busy days, in particular on Saturday's, we do advise that Trimix fills are left with us.)

Trimix is also available up to 230 bar, we use an oxygen booster pump to give you the best in Nitrox and Trimix fills.

We use a Nitrox & Trimix analyser for mixes ensuring accuracy of the fills for you.

Please ensure your cylinders are in test date.

Hydrostatic & Visual tests on cylinders are required every 30 months by statute.

All cylinders for nitrox/trimix also need to be "oxygen clean for 100% within the last 15 months.

Cylinder cleaning is carried out in house on site.
