PADI Oxygen Provider

The PADI Oxygen Provider Specialty shows you how to care for a diver following a diving incident where oxygen first aid treatment is necessary. This is a very worthwhile course to complete along with the Rescue Diver course and/or Emergency First Response Course.

You must be minimum, Junior Open Water Diver and be at least 12 years old. The course takes approximately half a day. You will cover the basic skills of identifying a diver with decompression illness/sickness and practice giving the appropriate oxygen treatment for each case. You will be using Oxygen to treat one or two divers with decompression illness and practice the different ways to administer oxygen using 3 different masks. Course price includes the PADI Oxygen Speciality Manual & Certification PIC card on completion of the course.
